PUR LAMINATING MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

1) Feeding pressure roller

For the feeding and conveying of the work piece, the feeding pressure roller can smoothly enter the machine main body, the roller diameter is 110mm, and it is made of high wear-resistant silicone roller. It is durable and the hardness is suitable for pvc siding material, ensuring that the profile is not damaged. Smooth delivery under the premise.

Dust removal device (brush roller +blower)

The brush roller is driven by the independent motor to remove the dust on the surface of the panel. After the dust is removed, the blower is equipped to blow off the remaining dust to ensure the cleanliness of the product surface.

Heating device

Heating uses infrared heating lamps to heat the surface of the product, so that the surface temperature of the product quickly rises, and the bonding effect is improved.

Conveying device

The worm gear box transmission mode is adopted to ensure the transmission accuracy and service life; the bottom conveying wheel can be quickly adjusted, and the chrome-plated optical axis is adopted to facilitate the width adjustment of the bottom conveying wheel to meet the transmission of products of different widths.

Control system

A) The control system includes: Siemens inverter, various types of Schneider

Low-voltage electrical appliances such as: Relays, contactor, circuit breakers, etc.

B) The control system can realize the connection between the pur glue machine and the laminator host. When the running speed of the coated host changes, the amount of glue is automatically changed to save material and labor. The control system of the pur machine has system alarm and over pressure protection.

C) Laminator with the surface material sensor, automatically stop when the surface material ends and operate the scraping system to avoid the operator's wrong operation.

D) When the system is faulty, the touch screen of the control system can pop up the fault prompt and give the operation guide.

Double roll film

Equip with the double air extension shaft winding film and the digital magnetic powder tension controller. This is for convenient operation, which can greatly save the time for changing the film and reduce the waste of the panel.
